Strengthening your energy centres

In order to shift your mindset and transform your life in just 21 days, it is important to work on all four main areas

(which are of course connected).

The four main areas are: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.

As I have explained earlier, in isolation, saying affirmations out loud won’t change your life, meditating on manifesting something into existence won’t change your life, nor will NLP or EFT on their own change your life.

The ‘secret sauce’ is first identifying your core self-limiting beliefs, breaking the old neural patterning with Emotional Freedom Techniques, then rebuilding new positive pathways with affirmations whilst in a relaxed state such as meditation.

This is the final stage of the program where you are continuing to integrate and anchor your new core beliefs and complete your amazing transformation.

DAY 15 ACTION STEP

I want you to complete this short meditation either first thing in the morning when you wake up, or last thing at night before bed. This meditation is ideal to start with as it is relaxing whilst gently balancing your main energy centres..
